Founded in 2015, JD Residential is a trusted, specialist residential construction company,
working with clients across the Thames Valley and surrounding areas to build exceptional homes.
We are a main contractor for residential refurbishments, listed building restorations, extensions and new build projects. Our in-house team manages the build process from tender to completion. In addition, we only work with trusted subcontractors to ensure your project is completed to the highest possible standard. At the start of each project, we collaborate closely with our Quantity Surveyor to create your bespoke quote, providing a full breakdown of all costs resulting in greater budget certainty.
