COMPLETED
The Brief
Transforming tradition into modern living
Starting with a tired 1920s property, this extensive renovation and extension transformed the house into a bright, contemporary family home.
The project included significant alterations to the existing building, a large extension and a complete internal refurbishment. A ground-source heat pump and underfloor heating throughout formed part of the new energy-efficient heating system.
The finished home makes the most of its riverside setting while providing generous, practical spaces for modern family life.
