JD Residential was founded in 2015 by James Dalzell. James holds a masters degree in town planning and has extensive experience in both commercial and residential surveying in the City of London. His passion for residential buildings and eye for detail is what drives quality and professionalism in all corners of the business.
Our management team brings a passion and commitment to producing high quality homes to every one of our clients.
Every member of our team strives to bring quality to all of our projects. This forms an important part of our growing reputation to date, as we are committed to doing things the right way as part of our company ethos.
This reputation has furthermore been built on a culture of straightforward and honest working relationships with all of our suppliers, consultants, subcontractors, clients - and their neighbours too!
From the very beginning, we have placed an emphasis on providing top quality trades people and craftsmanship to all our projects. As a result we have a large network of qualified subcontractors who we rely on for their specific expertise.
